SUSTAINABILITY

Mit unserer  Photovoltaikanlage gehen wir einen weiteren Schritt in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit. Mit 10,24kWp und einer Ausrichtung von Süd und West können wir jetzt nicht nur sauberen Strom für unseren Hof erzeugen, sondern auch das Wasser im Sommer damit aufheizen. Zusätzlich können ab jetzt auch E-Autos mit Typ 2 Stecker bequem bei uns mit 11kW aufladen.

Apropos heizen: Die restliche Zeit wird der Frechhof mit einer kombinierten Holz/Pelletsanlage gewärmt. Das Stückholz kommt dabei aus dem eigenen Wald und die Pellets werden in Bioqualität zugekauft.

Somit hoffen wir mit dem Strom der Photovoltaikanlage, dem Holz aus dem eigenen Wald und dem reinen Bergquellwasser, das den gesamten Hof speist, dass unser Biobauernhof mit diesem kleinen Beitrag dem Klimawandel etwas entgegentreten kann.

With our  photovoltaic system we take another step in terms of sustainability. With 10.24kWp and a south and west orientation, we will not only be able to generate clean electricity for our farm, but also use it to heat the water in the summer. In addition, from now on also e-cars with type 2 plug can charge comfortably with us with 11kW.

Speaking of heating: The rest of the time, the Frechhof is warmed with a combined wood/pellet system. The logs come from our own forest, and the pellets are purchased in organic quality.

Thus, with the electricity from the photovoltaic system, the wood from our own forest and the pure mountain spring water that feeds the entire farm, we hope that our organic farm can counteract climate change with this small contribution.
